• TalkInWebSites shall not be responsible for any Domain name that is not available at the time of registration. The NIC authorities work on a first come first served basis which TalkInWebSites is obliged to comply with.
• Registration of Domain names will only take place upon receipt of payments to TalkInWebSites and will usually be completed within 24 hours of such payment.
• If you are transferring an already registered name to us then responsibility lies with you to arrange the transfer from the company you are registered with.
• No refunds are available once a domain name has been ordered and registered.
• It is not possible to make changes to the alpha numeric make up of the name after registration is complete
• All Logos or copyright materials carried within web pages must be endorsed and authorized by their governing bodies and is the responsibility of the customer to seek such permissions. The customer also indemnifies TalkInWebSites against any legal responsibilities or actions for the content of their web pages.
• TalkInWebSites reserves the right to terminate any account at one months notice, in this unlikely event any outstanding hosting fees will be refunded.
• TalkInWebSites cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to trade or business due to circumstances beyond our control. i.e. Internet related problems or server down-time.
• Under no circumstances will any unlawful, pornographic, sexual or drug orientated materials be permitted. In the event of any such content being reported or discovered on the server the account will be terminated forthwith and if necessary legal action brought against those responsible.
• Should traffic to any website hosted become excessive TalkInWebSites reserve the right to make further charges for bandwidth usage and/or require the owner of such websites to re-locate.
